Job Title: Head, Business Development
Highlights of key Job Deliverables
- Manage and drive the formulation of the bank’s business development strategies
- Implementation of the Business Strategies/Marketing Plan to grow and expand the business
- Identify and assess business development opportunities for business development strategic partnerships and/or Real Estate Developers network development
- Assess industry environment on an ongoing basis to effectively anticipate and/or counter competitive opportunities/threats, as well as identify industry trends, customer desires and requirements.
- Manage the Strategic Alliances including identification of needs and appropriate strategic partners
- University degree in any Business Administration, or Social Science field with at least 10 years post-qualification experience preferably in the Mortgage Industry/ Financial Services Industry
- A higher degree in Economics, Business Administration or Corporate/ Strategic Management will also bean advantage + Minimum of 5 years in Management position in a reputable Mortgage/Financial Service company.
